The building complex in the developing area of the Pulkovo Airport is based on an open concept of L-shaped groundplan, its 300 m longer side forming the edge of a central park. The individual buildings rise from a low plinth, varying in their height. The hotel, conference centre and offices are part of the first phase of a more extensive development. The hotel lobby is directly connected to the indoor arcade with shops and restaurants, which provides a comfortable escape from local harsh climate.
