Conversion of a factory in Prague location the premises of the original plant for the manufacturing of pressurized vessels, with a new office building facing the street corner, and the reconstruction of a double-storey fragment factory hall, a boiler hall and a chimney enclosing the inner yard assignment the extension of the exhibition premises by means of an annex architecture the new structures are obvious and clearly discernible from the old factory / the extension is presented by a flat facade with a single window and the inscription "Holport" towards the street; the volume is separated from a gambrel roof by a narrow divide and formed by a terrace with a half-span roof hiding the entrance to the remodelled attic / the super-elevated space of the second part of the extension hides an inserted gallery; the extensions face the yard through large glass walls protected by outdoor blinds / the halls are illuminated by skylights; the main staircase was altered and extended while a new service staircase and indoor elevator were built; the original factory windows were preserved in the process of remodelling of facades / the boiler hall with a chimney were repaired and the yard tarred over constructions and technologies the walls of the extensions are partly from concrete and brick; the floor construction spans over the halls by means of steel carrier beams not to burden the original ceiling / the visible sheet metal surfaces consist of square boards for double floors; the sound board ceiling construction rests on glued timber trusses; solar panels are located on the roof of the lower hall
