The main facade of the house is south-oriented to the calm street Na Valentince. On the first floor there are two retail areas and an entrance hall to the residential part of the building. The bigger retail area has a display case which can be fully opened to the sides, thus connecting the inner space with street area. It is an ideal place for a pleasant and vibrant cafe. There are four apartments on a typical floor of the building. On the last recessed floor, there are two larger apartments with terraces.
A significant element of the building is the bay, which is finely extruded surface of the facade reaching in front of the building. The apartments adjacent to the bay include corner windows that bring light and unrepeatable atmosphere to the space. Adjoining french windows with little balconies make another distinctive element of the house. Dignified appearance of the whole building is supported by unified window linings, windowsills and shading system covers. Facades of the house are light coloured and lined with painted tiles on the first floor.
