The main motif of the house is an illusive simplicity. It surprises by rawness of materials and ingenious layout details, while also having a lot of peculiarities. The regular raster of the loggias is made of exposed concrete with admitted plank formboard pattern and galvanized railings. To emphasis the material contrast, wooden window frames are used. Shallow loggias serve as an extension of living rooms to the street, rather than a separate space for sitting. The simple rhythm of the façade is impaired by deep arcade in the driveway and the entrance area. The staircase surprises by the see through to the courtyard, where the lift appears as a tower extruded from the courtyard facade. The building will be an agile partner to the company of other houses in a diverse block of apartments.
