This city house is situated on the main axis of Smichov City development area – on the future boulevard. The house has all the qualities expected from a standard city building. On the first floor there are retail areas with an entrance hall to the residential part of the building. There are four apartments located on the typical floor and there are two larger apartments with terraces on the last recessed floor.
The house relates to buildings considered popular by the time. Simply shaped facade is decorated by extruded vertical mass separating set of loggias from the part of the facade with recurrent strip windows. To bring the smaller scale and detail to the division of the facade shading system covers and subtle awning above the entrance to the house and retails are used. The street facade is lined with ceramic tiles, whereas the courtyard facade is left plain in light colour.
