2016 T.G. Masaryk pedestrian zone - Kladno

T.G. MASARYK PEDESTRIAN ZONE - KLADNO / COMPETITION The city Kladno, prepared architectonic – urban competition in cooperation with CKA, its task was made design of revitalisation the T.G. Masaryk street and releated areas in the center of the city. They expected modern design, more attractive public space and rise up the pedestrian zone which isn´t so attractive today. The competition had got one round and six design studios were attend in. Our design is base on effort to consolidation the space, sensitive attitude, which reflected a history and it´s inspirating by her. It was abou legislative changeing which will solve advertising smog issue, which devastates pedestrian zone. The jury liked enaugh this sensitive and simple attitude, our design was awarded with second prize. The jury decided not awarded First prize.
