Tradition and up-to-date style join in this house. Next to the large shop windows there is a small and hidden arcade containing an entrance to the house. Residential floors have a classical brick facade. Seams of the brick facade are roughly smeared with grout, which gives the impression of casualness of the house, emphasized also by perforated brick walls which partly hide the windows. Contemporary details of big frameless windows and loggia corners are in contrast with the traditional brick facade. The staircase is positioned in the middle of the disposition and is illuminated by light from above. Courtyard facade uses fully its orientation to the yard through balconies with atypical frameless railing made of translucent laminate.
