Designed as a studio or guesthouse, the building has its entire interior space connected, with the possibility of separating off different areas with partitions as needed. Next to the residential part is a covered carport, though this feature can be used for practically any purpose, even a covered terrace. On a triangular lot with a slight incline, the house is placed lengthwise towards the street, giving the garden a necessary intimacy. In its direction, the house turns a large glass facade; towards the road, it is protected by a wall of wire mesh.
